Allen Holloway, MD
Dr. Holloway has over 30 years of experience in Wound Care and is a graduate from Harvard Medical School. Dr. Holloway is board certified in internal medicine and is a past director of the vascular laboratory, wound clinic and burn clinic at Maricopa Medical Center. He has served as president of the Wound Healing Society, has published multiple journal articles and book chapters, as well as, lectured nationally and internationally, on wound care
Dr. Keith Arbuckle knew that being a podiatrist was the right choice for him as he saw a local podiatrist who was able to help patients so that they could leave the office with their issues addressed right away, often walking out the door pain-free. He is passionate about fully understanding patient symptoms and finding the best treatment.
Dr. Arbuckle completed school locally at Midwestern University in Glendale with a degree in Podiatric Medicine. This was followed by residency training in his hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Subsequently, he completed a one-year fellowship in Chicago. This training focused on wound care, surgery, and clinical aspects of foot and ankle ailments. Dr. Arbuckle has also completed research on foot and ankle disorders including bunions.
In his spare time, he enjoys being out with his family and also loves mountain biking. He also finds fulfillment as a leader in the Boy Scouts of America where he is able to teach important leadership skills to young men.

Jacob Jones, DPM
Dr. Jones was born and raised here in Arizona. He attended Arizona State University where he studied Biology and Business. He completed his medical training for podiatry at Des Moines University, and completed a surgical residency in Tucson, AZ. Dr. Jones and his wife have five children. When not working as a podiatrist, he enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, gardening, and traveling with his family.
Emily Bailes , NP
Emily was born in New Orleans, but grew up in Washington state. She obtained her BSN from Washington State University and worked as a RN in Tucson, AZ for 6 yrs at Banner UMC, on the neurology/neurosurgery medical-surgical floor. Emily received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree through Grand Canyon University. Just before moving back to AZ she worked as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. In her spare time she enjoys running, golfing, and watching football.
Ruth Post, MD
Dr. Post is a Geriatric Medicine specialist and has been practicing for more than 30 years. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and speaks both English and Spanish. As a Geriatrician she specializes in the unique health needs of the elderly, including chronic diseases, nutritional problems, skin ailments, cognitive loss, memory impairment, adverse effects of medications, immobility and balance issues.
Dr. Post received her medical degree from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata Faculty of Medicine Medical School and University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix Fellowship, Geriatric Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the VA Medical Center Boston and her residency in Geriatric Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.
Nkem Obiora, NP-C
Kem has been a registered nurse for over 10 year. She obtained her BSN from Lakeview College of Nursing. She worked as a Registered nurse at Bromenn Medical in Normal, IL on the medical-surgical unit before moving to Phoenix Arizona where she worked as an orthopedic-urology nurse at Mayo Hospital. Kem received her Family nurse practitioner degree through Grand Canyon University. She enjoy's reading, gardening and knitting.
Patrick McNeil, PA-C
Patrick McNeil, PA-C has been living in Scottsdale with his wife and 3 dogs for the past 2.5 years. Patrick has a passion for providing care to the elderly and under served populations. He thrives on helping people reverse diabetes and obesity. Prior to practicing in Phoenix Patrick owned and operated assisted-living facilities in Wisconsin.

Onkar Bhowra, MD
Dr. Bhowra has been practicing medicine for 30+ years. He received his medical degree from Nalanda Medical College in Patna Bihar, India and completed his residency at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He is the founder of Surprise Health Center and has practices in both Prescott and Sun City, AZ. Dr. Bhowra is a certified medical director and has served in this capacity for a number of companies including hospice. He served as chairman of the Dept. of Medicine at Banner Thunderbird Samaritan Medical Center, was Vice Chief of Staff at Valley of the Sun Rehabilitation Hospital, and, currently is a member of the American Medical Director's Association. He is on staff at Arrowhead Community Hospital and Thunderbird Samaritan Charter Hospital. Dr. Bhowra is married to his wife Satty and has three children, Amarprett, Sherry and Nick. He enjoys golf, tennis, skiing and racket ball in his free time.
Joseph Wieleba - DOO
Josep has 14 years of health care experience. Seven years on the payer side of the business with United Healthcare in their Audit and Recovery division where he managed the Medicad product line and 6 years on the provider side managing various types of private practices. Prior to health care Joseph spent 10 years in the manufacturing industry where he specialized in operations and project management. He is a graduate of John Carroll University and is married to his wife Andrea and they have two kids Vidalia and Mason
